Payment is expected at time of service. Prepayments or deposits may be required for some appointments or services (For example emergency appointments or surgical procedures).
We accept all major credit cards, checks (with proper i.d.), and cash (change will be limited).
Appointment cancellation policy:
We understand that life can be busy and that unexpected events arise. However, we do request 12 hours for notice if you cancel an appointment.
If a mobile appointment is not canceled at least 12 hours in advance, we will require payment of the travel consultation fee. Additionally, this fee will need to be paid before any more appointments are scheduled.

Internet pharmacy policy:
At MojoVet Mobile our goal is to provide convenience, competitive pricing, and safety when obtaining your pet’s prescriptions and health care supplies.
MojoVet Mobile offers the following options to purchase your veterinary products:
1. Purchase during appointment
We carry a small stock of common veterinary products while doing home visits. Purchasing during the appointment means there is no wait in starting your pet’s treatment, questions are addressed immediately, and we can show you how to administer the medication.
2. MojoVet Mobile Internet Pharmacy
Our internet pharmacy is supported by a veterinary specific distributor who 100% guarantees authenticity and proper handling procedures. Ordering through our internet pharmacy can also save you money on your yearly pet care expense. Check it out here:
3. MojoVet Mobile delivery
We deliver products to our clients once a week for a small fee. Please call for more information or to discuss any special delivery arrangements. Pickups at one of our offices is also available.
Internet Pharmacies (3rd party)
If you would like to utilize an Internet Pharmacy not associated to MojoVet Mobile, we will provide a written prescription at time of appointment or you may pick one up at one of our offices.
MojoVet Mobile will not respond to 3rd Party Internet Pharmacy prescription approval requests. This includes all communication by phone call or fax.
We have implemented this policy to reduce spam to our business and clients, and to reduce the risk of receiving faulty product or incorrect prescription.
